This diploma studies techniques used on reflex points on the feet and hands. Gentle stimulation of these points will help to bring about relaxation and healing to the body. The college is accredited by the NRRI (National Register of Reflexologists Ireland) which means graduates can become members of NRRI and are entitled to use the initials MNRI (www.nationalreflexology.ie). |

| Indian Head Massage is an ancient, traditional and extremely popular therapy. It helps to balance both the mind and body through relaxation and increased energy levels. Primarily it is a form of stress relief. This treatment is uniquely different from other forms of massage as it can be done through the clothes to a client in a seated position. | |
